About the role

Graphica Digitalis, a performance‑marketing agency serving dental and implantology clinics, is looking for a Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle – from the first outreach to closing the deal. The role is fully remote and commission‑driven, ideal for a self‑motivated professional who thrives on outbound sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls and send cold emails to generate new opportunities.
• Manage outbound communication sequences and follow‑up activities.
• Handle inbound leads generated by advertising campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and identify decision‑makers.
• Book and conduct sales calls, progressing leads through the pipeline.
• Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the onboarding team.
• Maintain the CRM system with a clear pipeline structure.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience (closing experience is a strong plus).
• Confidence in conducting sales calls independently.
• Strong objection‑handling skills.
• High sense of responsibility and comfort working on a commission‑based model.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
