About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our telemarketing team in Marijampolė. You will be the face of Tele2, promoting our mobile services and products to existing customers over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Tele2 services and products to current customers following established sales standards.
• Educate customers about new telecommunications innovations and ensure they stay up‑to‑date.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service quality.

Required profile

• Strong ability to plan time and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to handle client objections.
• Enthusiasm and creativity in solving customer situations.
• Motivation to reach personal and team goals.
• Fluent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
