About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Representative to engage with private clients in Kaunas. You will promote BITĖ’s range of services and products, helping existing customers while striving to meet personal and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and sell BITĖ services and products.
• Achieve individual and group sales objectives.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues over the phone.

Required profile

• Confident self‑promotion and strong personal opinion.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivation to work in sales and customer service.
• Persistence and positivity to reach set goals.
• Willingness to support and care for BITĖ customers.
