About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop complex psychiatric case studies reflecting real‑world, culturally nuanced situations.
• Assess AI interpretations of mental‑health cases and deliver expert feedback.
• Write precise psychiatric documentation and analyses in both Lithuanian and English.
• Identify and explain where AI analysis falls short, applying ethical decision‑making and clinical best practices.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent) with a valid medical licence.
• Completed psychiatry residency and extensive clinical experience in Lithuanian settings.
• Native Lithuanian proficiency and advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning.
• No prior AI experience required.
