Partner Account Manager

About the role

PAYSTRAX is seeking a proactive Partner Account Manager to join its fast‑growing fintech team in Lithuania. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, guiding them through onboarding, activation and ongoing performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned and pooled partners, handling operational and product‑related queries.
• Coordinate onboarding and early‑stage activation to ensure smooth go‑live.
• Monitor partner metrics such as lead flow, transaction volume, acceptance rates and basic risk indicators, and act on trends.
• Guide partners in using internal systems, dashboards and products effectively.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Underwriting and Merchant Account Management teams to resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases.
• Support quarterly business reviews, forecasting and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track partner‑related actions in internal systems.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, partner management, payments or fintech.
• Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Organised, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• University degree is a plus.
