Payments Data Analyst

About the role

Kiloverse is looking for a Payments Data Analyst to join its fast‑growing team. You will own the end‑to‑end analytics pipeline for payment flows, helping the business detect fraud, optimise transactions and drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics.
• Support and consult report users, prioritising their requests.
• Merge multiple complex data sources and automate data processes.
• Define, communicate and track key performance indicators for products.
• Detect anomalies, prevent fraudulent activities and keep chargebacks low.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business metrics.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to improve data collection and quality.
• Offer ad‑hoc analytical support to the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in payments, fraud, risk or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Highly curious, proactive and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

What we offer

• Gross salary €3,500‑€5,200 per month.
• Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) in Vilnius, Klaipėda or Riga.

• Additional 7 days off, 3 days for weddings, and the option to work remotely for 2 months per year.
