Payments Support Associate

About the role

Shift4 is looking for a Payments Support Associate to assist clients with payment‑related inquiries, navigate our web platform, and ensure smooth implementation of our Lighthouse Transaction Manager and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Assist customers with website navigation, statements, contracts, orders, and payment queries.
• Document inquiries and outcomes thoroughly for tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal departments to determine appropriate actions.
• Provide follow‑up calls, emails, tickets, or projects to resolve client issues promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to work afternoon/evening or early‑morning shifts.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for learning new concepts.

Required skills

• PC‑related troubleshooting.
• Installation assessments and customer training on Shift4 products.
