PCB Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

TLT PCB is seeking an experienced PCB Manufacturing Engineer to join its fast‑growing manufacturing group in Vilnius. You will play a key part in analysing and optimising PCB production processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current PCB manufacturing processes and propose organisational improvements.
• Collaborate with production, process engineering, design and other engineering teams to translate technical product requirements into effective manufacturing solutions.
• Resolve day‑to‑day technical and production challenges, identify root causes and implement practical fixes.
• Assess process parameters, technological capabilities and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Improve production performance, quality, process stability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and update process documentation, work instructions and manufacturing standards.
• Provide guidance and training to production and engineering teams on PCB manufacturing best practices.
• Participate in non‑conformity analysis, quality problem‑solving and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in a PCB manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PCB production operations, planning and operational principles.
• Proven ability to analyse technical and production issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing quality, operational efficiency and continuous‑improvement principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Initiative, responsibility and a results‑oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at least B2 level for technical documentation and professional communication.
