People Operations Lead – HR Management for Telematics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Lead to own and improve our HR processes, ensuring a smooth, compliant employee experience within our telematics business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the People Operations team, setting goals and supporting professional growth.
• Organise day‑to‑day work to keep HR processes efficient, accurate and legally compliant.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation such as letters, orders and agreements.
• Advise employees and managers on matters related to the Lithuanian Labour Code.
• Maintain personnel data and HR documentation with precision and timeliness.
• Design, improve and implement HR policies, procedures and internal processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise HR workflows.
• Collaborate with government authorities on employment issues, including foreign staff.
• Support cross‑departmental colleagues on People Operations topics.
• Participate in HR projects that enhance employee experience and support business growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations or personnel administration, with ownership of HR processes.
• Proven leadership experience, either as a manager or by leading project teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and related legislation.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent organisational, planning and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems for personnel data management.
• Familiarity with the Rivilė HR system (advantage).
