Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our e‑commerce products within a fast‑growing insurance‑tech company. You will own Meta Ads campaigns, experiment with creative concepts and help scale measurable results across the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimise Meta Ads campaigns for e‑commerce products.
• Develop and test new audiences, creative angles, offers and messaging.
• Collaborate with designers on creative briefs, image and video ad concepts.
• Analyse campaign and creative performance to identify drivers of success and scale winning assets.
• Identify opportunities beyond campaign metrics to improve the wider conversion funnel.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on media buying or performance marketing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Strong track record managing meaningful budgets on Meta Ads.
• Experience contributing to the growth and scaling of e‑commerce campaigns.
• Understanding of how creative, performance data, conversion and business results interrelate.
• Ability to create clear creative briefs and ad scripts for image or video assets.
• Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
