Personalization Specialist

About the role

The Personalization Specialist joins Holt Renfrew’s luxury retail team to create bespoke bottles, boxes, and specialty items for discerning clients. Working closely with sales associates, you will translate client ideas into high‑quality, customized products using illustration, painting, or engraving techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define the scope and design of personalized items.
• Provide expert guidance on achievable outcomes and finish options.
• Prepare and manage vector files for engraving equipment.
• Execute illustration, painting, or engraving to the highest technical standards.
• Deliver completed projects on or before promised dates.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Report supply needs or equipment repairs to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Professional illustrator or artist with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and/or French.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with vector file creation and manipulation.
