About the role

Join IKEA's Customer Service team in Kaunas and help create a pleasant shopping experience for every guest. You will work in a dynamic store environment, assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, returns and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and high‑quality service to all customers.
• Answer product questions, guide customers through purchases and process orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process cash, card payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area while working flexible shift patterns.

Required profile

• At least a secondary education level.
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay oriented toward customer needs.
• Previous experience in retail or customer‑facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
