About the role

CONRES is looking for a Purchasing Engineer to ensure that all construction projects have the necessary materials, products and equipment on time and within budget. You will support the sales stage by estimating costs based on supplier offers and help maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.

Key responsibilities

• Organise procurement of works, materials, products and equipment (excluding engineering systems).
• Evaluate cost of future purchases using supplier quotations.
• Communicate with current partners and identify new suppliers, contractors and manufacturers.
• Run tender processes, negotiate and sign contracts to secure optimal solutions.
• Analyse tender documentation and supplier offers, providing optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain and improve the supplier database, manage procurement documentation and complete statistical reporting.
• Participate in negotiations and contribute to building long‑term, reliable partnerships.

Required profile

• Higher engineering or construction education, or at least one year of experience in construction procurement.
• Good knowledge of design, production, execution technologies, costing and the Lithuanian market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of finding compromises in complex situations.
