About the role

Join the Porsche Centre in Vilnius as a Client Service Specialist, delivering premium customer experiences for one of the world’s most coveted automotive brands. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their interaction with the showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and direct them to appropriate colleagues.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email, routing them to responsible team members.
• Coordinate with service providers to maintain a clean, organized, and functional showroom environment.
• Provide feedback from customers to management.
• Assist in the organization and execution of client-focused events.
• Promote and sell accessories within the showroom.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support manager‑assigned duties.
• Act as a brand ambassador by creating digital content (photos, short videos) for regional marketing.
• Manage documentation, including vehicle registration in the national registry.

Required profile

• Passion for people and confidence to initiate conversations with customers.
• Service‑oriented attitude, courteous and attentive.
• Strong discipline and responsibility, adhering to service standards and internal procedures.
• Interest in automobiles and a valid B‑category driver’s license.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Desire to represent the Porsche brand.
• Good command of English; Russian is a plus.
