POS Support Associate (Revel)

About the role

Shift4 is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 technical support for its suite of POS (point-of-sale) software and hardware products. The role focuses on keeping clients happy and successful, mainly through phone calls, but also via chat, email and self-service.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their issues and answer common questions about the product
• Handle a high volume of support requests through multiple channels, mainly incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer service and technically accurate resolutions
• Ensure proper documentation and clear communication with each client

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker able to talk to customers from the United States
• Comfortable working evening and night shifts, full time
• Good at managing customer expectations and calming tense situations
• Tech-savvy problem solver who stays calm under pressure
