PR Editor (French & English Speaker)

About the role

Notified, a technology partner for investor relations and public relations professionals and an affiliate of Equiniti Group Limited, is hiring a PR Editor for its global Editorial Team in Vilnius. The editor reviews and formats clients' press releases under tight deadlines and distributes them through the global network to journalists, terminals and websites. The role is focused on editing and customer service, with no original writing, and sits within a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Review clients' press releases for grammar, spelling and consistency errors (no fact-checking)
• Format press releases to match the client's original version as closely as possible
• Support clients by phone and email and act as their primary contact for administrative and consultative needs
• Help clients with regulatory needs such as SEDAR and EDGAR filings
• Assist with account maintenance, including email lists, new users and accounts, and multimedia libraries
• Collaborate with teammates and across departments, using knowledge of other Notified products

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of professional experience; previous news-wire experience is a plus
• Proficiency in French and English
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle occasional overtime, weekend on-call shifts, holidays and occasional remote monitoring shifts

• Salary of 2,400-2,500 EUR gross per month, depending on experience, skills and location
