About the role
Join IKEA Lithuania as a Returns Department Employee, working part‑time (0.75 FTE) in our Vilnius store. You will be the first point of contact for customers who wish to exchange or return products, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional, courteous assistance to customers requesting returns or exchanges.
- Inform customers about return policies and guide them through the process.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, offering the best possible solution.
- Handle cash transactions related to returns.
- Maintain the returns area tidy and organized.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible, sliding shift schedules.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling.
- Team player who supports colleagues.
