About the role

Join IKEA Lithuania as a Returns Department Associate, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers who wish to exchange or return products. The position can be part‑time (30 hours/week) or full‑time (40 hours/week) with a flexible, sliding schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, courteous customer service at the returns desk.
• Guide customers through the return or exchange process, providing clear information.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring the best outcome for the shopper.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments with bank cards.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a service‑driven attitude.
• Previous experience in retail or customer‑facing roles.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
