Procurement Manager – Food Supplements

About the role

Bioma is looking for a Procurement Manager to own the end‑to‑end sourcing process for its probiotic supplement portfolio. You will be responsible for building and managing a reliable network of manufacturers and suppliers across the US, Europe and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full procurement cycle from formulation approval to production order confirmation.
• Source, evaluate, qualify and onboard new suppliers for food supplements, packaging and branded merchandise.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times and long‑term supply agreements.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure quality, on‑time delivery and commercial competitiveness.
• Coordinate manufacturing orders and product launches according to business timelines.
• Lead ingredient compliance, labeling and localization for UK, Canada and European markets.
• Benchmark supplier pricing and capabilities to identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Develop scalable procurement processes, documentation and supplier‑management standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven experience sourcing food products or dietary supplements.
• Track record managing procurement projects from product development through commercial production.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to build procurement processes and supplier networks from scratch.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What we offer

• Gross salary range €6,000 – €7,000 per month.
• Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) with offices in Vilnius, Klaipėda and Riga.
