Product Designer (B2B / AI Products)

About the role

You will be the first designer responsible for our AI‑driven bot management product, owning the end‑to‑end UX and UI while shaping the overall design system.

Key responsibilities

• Design features for bot management systems and customer help flows.
• Define and maintain the design system, components, patterns and shared language.
• Conduct user interviews and testing with internal tool users to uncover issues.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers and the wider team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, business goals and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Experience designing complex, data‑dense B2B interfaces such as admin panels or dashboards.
• Strong ownership mindset – proactively identifying problems and solutions.
• Comfort with information architecture and workflow design, not just screen layouts.
• Proven ability to build and document a design system from scratch.
• Fluency in English and a track record of shipping product design solutions.
