Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, tracking timelines and milestones to meet development goals.
• Manage supplier relationships through daily communication and ensuring product quality.
• Oversee product testing, inspect samples, and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
• Research innovations, propose new product ideas, and develop execution plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, fostering strong relationships with different departments to align strategies and drive project success.
• Mentor junior team members and represent BURGA at trade shows to establish supplier relationships and align vendors with the brand vision.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in product development, leading complex projects.
• Strong product focus, organized work practices, and process improvement mindset.
• Expertise in project management, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and analyze the market to identify opportunities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive learner, and adaptable.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
