Product Director – Canyon Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Director – Canyon to lead the development and growth of our consumer electronics accessories portfolio across EMEA markets. This role is part of our Central team and is responsible for product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, pricing, profitability, sourcing and portfolio performance across multiple channels and countries. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product and category strategy across the Canyon portfolio
• Drive new product development and private‑label initiatives
• Lead product sourcing and supplier management, including ODM/OEM partners
• Own pricing, margin, forecasting, inventory and lifecycle management
• Analyze market trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape
• Develop go‑to‑market plans and launch strategies
• Ensure product compliance, quality and commercial success
• Lead and develop the Product Management team

Required profile

• Senior product leadership experience within consumer electronics accessories, peripherals or comparable hardware categories
• Proven track record in own‑brand or private‑label product development and sourcing
• Strong experience working with manufacturers and suppliers in Asia
• Solid understanding of product strategy, category management, pricing, margin, forecasting and inventory planning
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and product organisations
• Commercial mindset with ownership of revenue, profitability and portfolio performance
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
