Product Manager – Digital Savings & Investment Platform

About the role

You will shape the vision and delivery of a new digital savings and investment platform that helps customers move confidently from saving to investing. Working in a venture‑style environment, you will collaborate with business, technology, design and partner teams to create trusted, accessible investment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, proposition and roadmap for the platform.
• Prioritise MVP features, set success metrics and guide discovery and delivery phases.
• Lead a micro‑squad through agile delivery, coordinating design, technology, content and compliance.
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions and experimentation programmes.
• Align cross‑functional teams around shared goals and manage external partner relationships.
• Build digital products that integrate savings, investments, pensions and advisory services.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience in fintech, investing, brokerage or consumer technology.
• Track record of launching digital products and driving growth, engagement and behavioural analytics.
• Ability to operate in a venture‑style, fast‑moving environment with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and external consultancies.
• Familiarity with financial‑services regulation and investment products is a plus.
