Product Manager – Observability Squad

About the role

NordLayer is building scalable cybersecurity solutions for modern teams. As the Product Manager for the Observability squad, you will turn raw network security and browser telemetry into actionable insights for IT and security teams, shaping how organisations visualise network access, SaaS usage and risk signals.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery, validation and roadmap planning, turning insights into shipped value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, improve and evolve services.
• Partner with stakeholders across research, sales, marketing, legal, security and data to drive aligned outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable user stories.
• Manage the product backlog for the domain, including prioritisation.
• Work closely with engineering to define solutions and ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery.
• Act as the go‑to person for the product domain, providing clarity and direction.
• Communicate progress, priorities and outcomes regularly to ensure transparency.

Required profile

• Experience in product management or product ownership focused on digital products and technologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to plan work effectively.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, data handling and UX flows with engineers.
• Proven knowledge of Scrum and Agile development practices.
• Positive, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
