Product Owner

About the role

Enghouse (through its Trafi brand) is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the development of a white‑label Mobility‑as‑a‑Service platform for cities and transport authorities. You will work closely with clients, project managers and delivery teams to shape the product roadmap and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their mobility needs and challenges.
• Create and maintain roadmaps and backlogs aligned with client strategy.
• Lead product discovery sessions, document findings and define clear problem statements.
• Support the delivery team throughout development, ensuring the right solutions are designed and shipped.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, backlog refinements and sprint reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer‑facing products.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional product teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience leading product discovery to uncover end‑user needs.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for user experience.
