Product Owner – Mobility as a Service

About the role

Trafi, an Enghouse company, is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the development of its white‑label Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform for cities and transport authorities. You will collaborate with leading mobility providers, large city clients, project managers and product teams to shape solutions, define roadmaps, manage backlogs and ensure smooth delivery. The position is hybrid, based in Vilnius, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges and strategic goals.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlog items in partnership with project management.
• Lead product discovery sessions, document findings and translate them into clear delivery requirements.
• Support the delivery team throughout development, ensuring the right solutions are designed and shipped.
• Participate in team rituals such as stand‑ups, backlog refinements and sprint reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer‑facing products.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional product teams and lead discovery activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for user experience and product excellence.
