Production Process Engineer

About the role

Aeropeople is recruiting an experienced Production Process Engineer for a growing manufacturing operation in Lithuania. The role focuses on ensuring reliable equipment operation, high process quality, loss elimination and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve technical maintenance processes and daily working practices.
• Maintain consistent quality throughout the production process.
• Manage, document and standardise production equipment settings.
• Identify and eliminate production losses and inefficiencies.
• Analyse technical and production problems and implement corrective actions.
• Support production teams with technical and process‑related issues.
• Develop and train line teams in manufacturing and technological processes.
• Promote structured problem‑solving and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure safe working practices and contribute to workplace safety standards.

Required profile

• Technically minded engineer with previous experience in a production, process or engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanics, pneumatics and automation.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience training or supporting production staff.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams and schematics.
• Proactive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.
• English language level B1–B2.
• Experience in the printing industry is a significant advantage.
