About the role

The Professional Health Specialist will coordinate and manage employee health services within the company. Working closely with experts, you will help create a safe and healthy workplace while supporting the well‑being of all staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate employee health care processes across the organisation.
• Plan and schedule regular health examinations for staff.
• Arrange first‑aid provision and provide health‑related consultations.
• Prepare information for investigations of workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
• Maintain health documentation and generate reports.
• Advise employees on health, well‑being and healthy lifestyle matters.
• Participate in initiatives that promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Professional Health Specialist.
• Higher education in public health, medicine (doctor) or general nursing (preferred).
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
