Project Manager

About the role

Particle PR Agency is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead PR projects, coordinate teams, and create compelling content in Lithuanian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver PR projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budgets are met.
• Oversee organic, paid, social media, marketing, and other content creation and clear, engaging communication.
• Work closely with copywriters to produce newsworthy content for PR and social media tailored for local and international audiences.
• Conduct in‑depth research to support communication strategies across sectors such as Tech, FinTech, Cybersecurity, and Business.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate risks.
• Encourage creative thinking and contribute to a collaborative, idea‑driven team culture.

Required profile

• Experience in project management, communications, marketing, journalism, or a similar field.
• Comfortable developing and delivering content across PR, social media, marketing, advertising, and both paid and organic channels.
• Confident professional writing ability in both Lithuanian and English.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability in communication planning.
• Highly organized, communicative, and capable of leading projects independently.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle several projects simultaneously.
