Project Manager

About the role

Join Creditonline, a newly acquired company of Reiz Tech, as a Project / PMO professional. You will drive the transition from commercial agreement to project delivery, establish PMO processes, and coordinate planning, governance, reporting, RAID and change management across business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a project management plan and detailed work schedule for implementation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate daily processes, and monitor team progress.
• Manage risks, issues, and the allocated budget to ensure deadlines are met.
• Optimize human resources, ensure task quality, and take responsibility for overall project success.
• Prepare and present project implementation reports.

Required profile

• Project management experience across multiple technologies with strong people management.
• Proven ability to engage business stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and deliver high value.
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

Required skills

• PMBOK methodology
• PRINCE2 methodology
• Agile and Six Sigma approaches
• ITIL framework knowledge
• PMI certifications (CAPM/PMP) – desirable
