Project Manager – Omnichannel IT Solutions

About the role

Baltic Amadeus is seeking a Project Manager to lead its Omnichannel Unit, delivering innovative IT solutions that span mobile apps, self‑service platforms and call‑centre integrations. You will own end‑to‑end project delivery for local and international clients, ensuring smooth transitions from initiation through go‑live and hyper‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT and software development projects across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, delivery and hyper‑care.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional Agile teams (developers, QA, specialists) and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Technical Leads to align requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
• Support change management and scope adjustments in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee post‑go‑live support and drive continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, project management methodologies and delivery processes.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and coordinating cross‑functional groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing releases, deployments and post‑go‑live support.
• Ability to thrive in complex, fast‑changing environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
