Project Procurement Manager

About the role

The Project Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end procurement projects, turning business needs into measurable value. You will work closely with the group’s leadership from market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation, contract management and implementation control.

Key responsibilities

• Define procurement needs, conduct market research and evaluate suppliers across Lithuania and the wider European market.
• Lead negotiations, draft contractual terms and monitor delivery performance.
• Analyse total cost of ownership, comparing alternatives such as electric versus diesel equipment.
• Consolidate recurring purchases to generate savings and improve process efficiency.
• Support the evolution of procurement processes, data quality, ERP, analytics and AI tools.

Required profile

• Analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to compare scenarios and justify recommendations with numbers.
• Proven track record of creating value through negotiations, new suppliers, cost optimisation or innovative solutions.
• Strong English communication skills and a proactive attitude toward change.
• Experience in procurement is a plus, but candidates from analytics, finance, project management or operations are also welcome.
• International purchasing experience and familiarity with supply‑chain security or NIS2 requirements are advantageous.
