About the role

NTX Construction is looking for a Project Engineer to support the implementation of technical solutions, documentation and smooth coordination of construction projects in Vilnius. The role involves working closely with project participants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the construction project execution process and ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.
• Analyze project documentation, technical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare, administer and control technical project documentation.
• Organise and coordinate orders for construction materials, equipment and services.
• Collaborate with construction and project managers, subcontractors, designers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor work quantities, prepare work reports and related documentation.
• Contribute to control of project deadlines, quality and budget.
• Resolve technical and organisational issues that arise during project execution.

Required profile

• Higher or higher‑than‑higher education in construction engineering.
• Knowledge of construction processes and main construction technologies.
• Ability to read and analyse technical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Responsibility, accuracy and result‑orientation.
• Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian language.
