About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team focused on comprehensive youth development. The role involves close collaboration with international partners to design and deliver informal education activities that foster competencies, active citizenship, and responsible participation in democratic society.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and administrate international projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, monitoring progress, results and indicators.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and reporting.
• Work with partners in Lithuania and abroad to design activities that strengthen youth skills and competencies.
• Organise and facilitate educational events such as debates, focus groups, trainings, workshops, and other formats.
• Support the creation of educational products, including methodological guides, curricula, games and training content.
• Maintain communication with partners, experts, lecturers and other stakeholders.
• Collect, systematise and analyse project data for evaluation and reporting.
• Identify implementation challenges and propose solutions.
• Contribute to new project ideas, proposal writing and partner scouting.
• Represent the organisation at national and international events.

Required profile

• University degree (or current studies) in education, social sciences, project management or related field.
• Experience in informal education, having organised or led trainings, seminars or workshops for youth aged 15+.
• Strong Lithuanian and English language skills (B2–C1), English required for work with international partners.
• Innovative mindset with interest in educational innovations, informal learning and creative methods.
• Familiarity with European youth policy, processes and priorities.
• Self‑motivated, able to plan independently and take initiative to solve emerging challenges.
• Ability to synthesise information, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
