About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our agency team. You will act as the main liaison with clients, coordinate internal resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Plan and schedule team activities, monitoring progress against timelines and deadlines.
• Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Initiate, organize and lead all project‑related meetings, taking full responsibility for outcomes.
• Evaluate project efficiency, measure results and report performance.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an agency environment.
• Strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to dive deep into information and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient knowledge of social media platforms and advertising on them.
• Understanding of e‑commerce and digital advertising is a strong plus.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
