About the role

You will lead wind farm development projects from the early stage through to hand‑over for operation, coordinating all phases of planning, construction and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Organise contractor and equipment supplier selection, negotiate contracts and oversee their execution and control.
• Supervise grid‑connection conditions implementation in cooperation with network operators.
• Manage project budget, schedule, risk and quality while ensuring smooth collaboration with municipalities, communities, land owners, contractors and consultants.
• Represent the company in public hearings, negotiations and meetings with external institutions and clients.
• Monitor market, legislative and technological developments in renewable energy and apply them to the projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, legal and finance departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing, administering or constructing renewable energy projects (wind, solar or similar) in Lithuania.
• Higher education in energy, construction, environmental engineering or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of territorial planning, building permits and PAV processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with institutions, communities and business partners.
• Analytical thinking, responsibility and result‑orientation.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) and very good English.

Required skills

• Territorial planning and land‑use expertise.
• Building permits and PAV process knowledge.
• Very good command of English.
