About the role

We are conducting a recruitment process on behalf of an established manufacturer of industrial cleaning systems and storage tanks. The company is expanding its commercial activity across the Baltic states and needs an experienced project manager to generate new business and lead large‑scale projects in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale installation and supply projects for commercial and industrial clients in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Actively seek and develop new client relationships, focusing on contracts above €100,000.
• Collaborate with designers, general contractors and procurement decision‑makers throughout each project.
• Represent the company at a senior level, building long‑term partnerships with key construction and industrial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, technical sales or business development, preferably in construction, engineering systems or industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for working with project managers, engineers and contractors at all levels.
• Result‑oriented and commercial mindset, capable of delivering projects and identifying new opportunities.
• Ability to work independently across the Baltic region with a structured, professional approach.
• Experience in water treatment, cleaning systems or related industries is a plus.
