Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role you will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring product compliance with GMP requirements and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update quality‑related procedures and documentation.
• Review product documentation and manage quality events.
• Manage Change Control, CAPA, deviation and OOX records in the eQMS system, including GMP compliance assessment and timely closure.
• Issue and maintain controlled document copies for relevant departments.
• Support audit readiness activities and external client and regulatory inspections.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Quality Systems.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems roles.
• Good knowledge of GMP requirements and QMS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, flexible, self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
