Quality Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to ensure every Pando Moto product meets our standards for fit, construction, workmanship, and finish. Based at our Vilnius head office, you’ll work closely with suppliers, QC teams and internal product development to review samples, coordinate inspections and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review PROTO, PPS and PSS samples for workmanship, measurements, fit, construction, trims, labels, prints, packaging and overall product quality.
• Conduct fit sessions, document findings and provide clear technical comments to suppliers.
• Approve or reject samples, prepare detailed QC reports with photos and technical explanations.
• Coordinate third‑party QC inspections, manage AQL requirements and follow up on inspection results.
• Monitor recurring quality problems across styles and suppliers, report trends and support corrective actions.
• Investigate warranty claims, customer returns and production defects, providing technical input.

Required profile

• Experience in garment quality control, garment technology, production or product development, preferably with technical or protective apparel.
• Degree in textile engineering, industrial engineering, quality management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, fit, measurements, fabrics, trims and manufacturing processes.
• Professional working proficiency in English and ability to read tech packs, BOMs and apply AQL inspection principles.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to suppliers and production sites.
