Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team across Lithuania. You will work closely with hiring managers and help companies attract top talent in Lithuania, Estonia, and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and successful hiring.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Deliver recruitment projects in line with client processes and quality standards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in client intake meetings and proactively address recruitment challenges.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the HR factory team.

• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
