Regional Legal Advisor – In‑House Counsel

About the role

Join Aleph’s digital revolution as a Regional Legal Advisor, providing in‑house counsel across the Aleph Group. You will support subsidiaries and colleagues on contracts, corporate governance and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate acts and other legal documentation.
• Lead preparation and upkeep of corporate governance documentation for Aleph Group and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure internal policies and documentation comply with legislation across relevant jurisdictions.
• Prepare legal reports, risk assessments and analyses to inform business decisions.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments and subsidiaries.
• Manage legal and administrative documentation processes, maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on complex topics and present actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior legal team members where applicable.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in‑house, corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance documentation and processes.
• Proven ability to work independently and advise stakeholders across multiple departments and jurisdictions.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience operating in a regional, cross‑border setting beyond a single‑market focus.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication; additional EU language is a plus.
