About the role

The company AB Kauno baldai, a leading soft‑furniture manufacturer, is looking for a Regional Manager to lead sales activities in an assigned market or client group. You will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships and representing the brand at international exhibitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned market, working with existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• Take full responsibility for achieving the sales plan within the designated region or client segment.
• Analyze, expand and negotiate product distribution channels.
• Introduce new products to the market and manage client visits.
• Represent the company at international fairs and events.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of successful experience as a market or regional manager, preferably in foreign markets.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1‑C2, spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong organizational abilities.
• Good communication, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Initiative, energetic, and responsible attitude.
