Retail Sales Representative – Store

About the role

Join a dynamic retail team at a Tele2 store in Kretinga, where you will engage directly with customers to match them with the best telecom products and services. Your performance will directly influence your earnings, with a compensation model that rewards results.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers in‑store and by phone, identify their needs and sell appropriate services and devices.
• Convert every customer inquiry into an opportunity to offer tailored products.
• Contact existing customers to renew contracts, upsell additional services, and process sales.
• Educate customers on new telecom technologies and ensure they stay up‑to‑date.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecommunications.
• Motivation to learn sales techniques, make mistakes and grow.
• Interest in technology and ability to explain it simply.
• Willingness to take personal responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.

• Performance‑based salary with no ceiling; first 4 months minimum €1,500 net, thereafter €1,200‑€1,500 net plus bonuses, top earners reach €4,900 net.
