Retention Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Retention Analyst to help us understand and improve how millions of users engage with our VPN and privacy products. You will work closely with the Retention team to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive customer loyalty and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards that track customer behavior in response to email, push and in‑app campaigns.
• Measure the impact of promotions, pricing changes, and engagement initiatives, and provide clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Retention team to design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and other retention experiments.
• Define, calculate and monitor key performance indicators through automated reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to answer business questions.

Required profile

• Strong passion for mathematics and logical thinking.
• Self‑motivated with an eye for detail and the ability to see the big picture.
• Curiosity about human behavior, digital marketing and continuous learning.
• Team‑oriented, open to feedback and knowledge sharing.

Required skills

• SQL (experience with Google BigQuery is a plus).
• Dashboarding tools such as Looker, PowerBI or Tableau.
• Data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with A/B testing or usability testing (advantage).
