About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager who can combine creative storytelling with the latest AI tools to boost our brand presence across digital channels. You will own the full content lifecycle, from concept to performance measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage creative communication, turning showroom and project material into engaging content.
• Use AI‑powered tools to generate digital assets for social media, e‑commerce site and advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate private‑brand development, including technical catalogs, packaging design and brand positioning.
• Increase awareness of our “Sietynas” showrooms through PR and B2B/B2C traffic generation.
• Manage ad budgets with Google and Meta agencies, monitor CAC and contribute to SEO/GEO optimisation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset: write conversion‑focused copy, create visuals and launch campaigns independently.
• Performance‑marketing orientation: understand ROAS, conversion cost and profitability measurement.
• Strong technical literacy: comfortable with e‑commerce platforms, eager to learn new AI tools and able to define tasks for IT specialists.
• Experience in B2B/B2C, e‑commerce or architectural/interior product marketing is a plus.
