Sales Account Manager – German Market

About the role

Join a growing sales team and make an impact in international markets. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who can communicate confidently in German, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities in assigned regions and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans for distributors and key accounts.
• Identify and secure new distributors and business partners in the hunting market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners.
• Conduct negotiations, close deals, and monitor distributor performance.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Deliver product training, presentations, and support to partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with distributors or international markets.
• Fluency in German and English; Lithuanian required, Russian a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven and self‑organised.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CRM record management.
