Sales Account Manager – International Markets

About the role

Yukon Group, a leading manufacturer of thermal imaging and optical solutions, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join its Vilnius office. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in international markets, building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities across assigned regions and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans for distributors and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
• Monitor distributor performance and implement improvement actions.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Deliver product training, presentations, and support to partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth order execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian; Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and self‑organised.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s licence.
