Sales & Account Manager

About the role

Guru Pay, a Lithuanian EMI, is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to own and expand its existing client portfolio. You will build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, drive revenue growth and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing B2B, B2C and C2B clients.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, quarterly business reviews and performance tracking.
• Identify client needs, propose tailored payment solutions and collaborate with Sales, Product, AML & Compliance teams.
• Spot risks early, turn opportunities into growth and ensure client retention.
• Negotiate contracts and drive revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in iGaming, fintech or affiliate sectors.
• Fluent English (C1+), strong analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Payments / fintech product knowledge (nice to have).
• Enterprise client handling experience (optional).
