About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury retail team as a Sales Associate focused on Contemporary and Designer Womenswear. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent top‑tier fashion brands in an inspiring, fashion‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, perform floor recovery, price changes, and other sales‑support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods about events, new merchandise, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and internal training sessions.
• Adhere to health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of commission‑based luxury retail sales experience.
• Consistently met or exceeded sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Proficient in using multiple technology channels to engage clients.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
• Initiative to stay informed on new deliveries and maximize selling potential.
