Sales Associate - Designer Womenswear

About the role

The Sales Associate for Designer Womenswear will build lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and loyalty within a luxury fashion environment. This role combines personalized client service with a deep knowledge of designer collections.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and company seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods about events, merchandise, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management when needed.
• Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Active use of social media to promote personal fashion influence.
• Proficiency with multiple technology channels to engage clients.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across merchandise categories.
